Welcome to Cheery Co. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Services
Cheery Co. provides decorations and coordinates party activities and other event services in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, and select NCR locations. Specialist services may be delivered by a curated third-party Service Partner under Cheery Co.'s booking coordination. Every service's inclusions, exclusions, capacity and requirements are those shown on its detail page at the time of booking.
Decoration materials may be substituted with equivalent alternatives where necessary. Activity and workshop imagery may be a styled concept visual; the named service, inclusions and capacity—not identical props, people or room styling—define the booking.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after advance payment has been received. The process is:
- Browse services and submit your booking details on our website.
- Pay 50% advance online via Razorpay to lock your slot.
- Your booking is confirmed instantly after payment — you'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation with all details.
Enquiry submissions without payment do not constitute a confirmed booking and do not hold any slot.
Unavailability after payment: In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your booking after payment has been received (e.g., due to an unforeseen slot conflict), we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of the advance payment within 24 hours to the original payment method.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are as listed on our website and are all-inclusive of GST. Custom or add-on requests will be quoted separately.
- Decoration packages include professional setup. Activity packages include only the items and partner time stated on the service page.
- Coupon Codes: Valid coupon codes may be applied at checkout for an instant discount. Each code has its own eligibility criteria (e.g., minimum or maximum decoration price) and is applied automatically if valid; invalid or inapplicable codes will not be applied. Cheery Co. may add, change, or discontinue coupon codes at any time.
- Advance Payment: 50% of the total amount (after any applicable coupon discount) is required upfront to confirm a ready-to-book service. The remaining 50% is due after the decoration setup or activity is completed.
- Assisted Services: Services marked “assisted booking” require a venue, capacity or availability check. A displayed starting price is not a final quote until Cheery Co. confirms the service variant and scope in writing.
- Same-Day Bookings: Future same-day setup slots can be booked online, subject to team and material availability. Setup times that have already passed cannot be booked.
- Last Moment Setup Fee: Setups starting within 4 hours of booking are subject to a ₹200 last moment setup fee, applied automatically at checkout, and are accepted subject to availability. This fee covers the extra effort, cost, and internal coordination required to arrange a decoration at short notice.
- Final payment is due before or at completion of the booked service, unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in writing.
- We do not charge hidden fees. Any additional charges (e.g., extra travel distance, after-hours setup) will be communicated clearly before booking confirmation.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the scheduled decoration time: The advance payment is fully refundable.
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled decoration time: The advance payment is non-refundable, as our team and materials will already be committed to your booking.
- Rescheduling: We will try our best to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability. Please inform us as soon as possible.
5. Client Responsibilities
- You must ensure the venue is accessible for our team at the agreed setup time.
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from the venue or housing society for decoration.
- For activities, you must provide accurate participant counts and ages, suitable space, power or water where listed, and safe venue access. The listed participant limit is included in the price; larger groups require written confirmation and may cost more.
- Children must remain under responsible adult supervision. A Service Partner running an activity does not replace the venue's or guardian's duty of care.
- Cheery Co. is not responsible for damage caused to venue property during setup unless due to our team's gross negligence.
6. Teardown
Where teardown is included in your package, our team will collect materials after the event at the agreed time. Delays caused by the client may result in additional charges.
7. Photography & Media
Cheery Co. may photograph completed setups for use in marketing, on our website, or on social media. If you prefer that photos not be published, please inform us in writing before the event.
8. Website Content & Image Disclaimer
Our decoration catalogue includes photographs of completed work and clearly disclosed styled concept visuals. Activity and workshop images may be representative visuals created to show the type of experience. Actual people, props, room styling, colour, finish and arrangement can vary by Service Partner, material availability, venue conditions and lighting. The written inclusions and requirements on the service page define what is booked.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cheery Co.'s liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of enjoyment, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather, venue access denial, or supplier failures.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
