Faridabad Setup Guide
Faridabad venues range from independent homes to high-rise societies and Surajkund-area hotels. Send the sector, society or property name and explain whether the decoration is indoors, on a covered terrace or in a clubhouse. This helps confirm travel, access and the right frame size.
For Neharpar high-rises, pre-approve vendor entry and share the tower, gate and service-lift availability.
For independent floors and houses, identify the entrance level and any narrow stair or parking constraints.
Confirm the property’s decorator policy, loading time and restrictions on adhesives, frames or external lights.
Matching the Setup to the Home
Faridabad has more independent, plotted housing than the rest of our service area, and that changes what works. Where a Noida or Ghaziabad booking is almost always a flat, a Faridabad booking is often a house with a terrace, a courtyard or a proper front gate - which opens up options the apartment cities rarely can.
The older central sectors are largely plotted houses, which means no service-lift negotiation, easier kerbside unloading and usually a room with more wall to work with than a comparable flat. Rooms in these houses tend to be generously proportioned, so the larger formats - ring arches and full backdrops - sit well rather than overwhelming the space. Just confirm someone can open the gate at the setup slot.
A private terrace is one of the nicer venues we get to work with, and Faridabad has plenty of them. The caveat is the same one that applies anywhere outdoors: our balloons are air-filled rather than helium, so an exposed terrace on a windy evening is not the place for a tall free-standing frame. Cabana and canopy setups are designed for exactly this and hold their shape outdoors. Flag the venue as outdoor when you book.
Neharpar is the newer, society-led half of the city and behaves much more like Noida: gated towers, visitor pre-authorisation, service lifts. Send the full society name along with the sector - several projects across Neharpar have similar names and are a few kilometres apart, which is the most common cause of a delayed slot here.
Faridabad’s houses and terraces are among the easiest venues in NCR for running a party activity alongside the decoration - there is normally a courtyard or spare room to set up a table well away from the food, which is exactly what most activities need.
