Usage terms

Images whose on-page credit or structured metadata identifies Cheery Co. as the creator are protected website and marketing assets. Unless a particular image states otherwise, no permission is granted to copy, republish, sell, redistribute, edit, train models on, or use those images in advertising or commercial material.

Viewing or sharing a link to a Cheery Co. page does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to the image. Any third-party names, characters, artwork, or trademarks visible in a decoration remain the property of their respective owners.

Request permission or a licence

To request permission, email celebrate@cheeryco.com with the page URL, the image you want to use, the intended use, where it will appear, the territory, and the requested duration. Cheery Co. will confirm in writing whether permission is available and whether a fee or credit line applies.

Permission is not granted until you receive written approval from Cheery Co. If an image is credited to someone else, please contact that rights holder instead.
