Local Decoration Service
Between work, school runs and Gurugram traffic, the last thing you need before a celebration is a balloon-pump marathon. Cheery Co. handles it end to end - we arrive at your DLF apartment, builder-floor or condominium, transform the space, and return to clear it all away. The same fixed pricing and polished setups we run across Delhi NCR, now at your Gurugram address.
DLF Phases 1–5, Sushant Lok 1–3, Sohna Road, Golf Course Road & Golf Course Extension Road, MG Road, South City 1 & 2, Palam Vihar, Nirvana Country, Sectors 56, 57, 65, 67, 82, 84, and New Gurugram societies along the Dwarka Expressway. Not sure if we reach you? Share your society on WhatsApp and we'll confirm.
Gurugram Setup Guide
Gurugram bookings often involve gated high-rises, villa communities or clubhouses. Share the phase or sector, tower, visitor-entry process and service-lift timing. If the event is in a clubhouse, confirm the booked hall time and whether the management permits frames, lights and vendor equipment.
Pre-authorise the decorator with security and share the correct tower or lobby entrance for equipment unloading.
Send the complete society name and sector; similarly named developments can be several kilometres apart.
Keep the photo wall clear before the slot and confirm the venue’s end time so setup and teardown can be planned.
Matching the Setup to the Home
Gurugram’s housing splits into three quite different kinds of space, and the setup that photographs well in one can be the wrong choice in another. A quick guide before you pick a theme.
Most towers here have standard 10-foot ceilings and a living-room wall wide enough for a backdrop or ring arch. Measure the clear wall - a ring arch wants roughly 2.5 metres of unobstructed width and floor depth in front of it, so check what the sofa and TV unit leave you. If the usable wall is narrower, a balloon backdrop gives the same photo result in less space.
Builder-floor bedrooms are usually the tightest brief we get in Gurugram. Ceiling and room setups work far better than floor-standing frames here, because they use the space above the bed rather than competing with furniture. They also start at our lowest price point, which makes them a sensible choice for a surprise you only need to last one evening.
Villas are where the larger formats earn their price. Double-height living rooms, lawns and terraces suit ring arches, canopy setups and full-wall installations. If the celebration is outdoors, tell us at booking - our balloons are air-filled rather than helium, so placement needs to be sheltered from direct wind.
Gurugram clubhouses and villa lawns are the easiest venues to run a party activity alongside the decoration, because there is usually table space and a separate area away from the food. Browse party activities - most need one table and a couple of chairs, which a clubhouse can normally provide on request.
