All our packages include professional setup and teardown — our team comes to your location, sets up everything before your event, and returns afterwards to clean up. You don't have to do a thing. The price listed is all-inclusive — no hidden charges.

Yes! We serve the entire NCR region including Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, just drop us a message — we'll confirm quickly.

We cover all major residential sectors across Noida — including Sector 50, 51, 62, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 93A, 100, 104, 110, 113, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 125, 128, 132, 135, 137, 143, 150, and more. We also serve popular townships like Gaur City, Jaypee Greens, ATS Greens, Mahagun Moderne, Supertech, and Ajnara societies. If you're unsure, just share your pincode and we'll confirm.

Yes! We regularly decorate homes, flats, and villas in Greater Noida and Greater Noida West (Noida Extension) — including Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta sectors, Omicron, Knowledge Park, Pari Chowk, Gaur City 1 & 2, and residential societies along the Yamuna Expressway. Packages and pricing are the same as Noida.

Yes, we serve Gurugram (DLF phases, Sohna Road, Golf Course Road), Ghaziabad (Indirapuram, Vaishali, Crossing Republik, Raj Nagar Extension), and Faridabad. Please book at least 4–5 days ahead for these locations and mention your area when booking so we can confirm slot availability.

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekends and holidays. We do accept last-minute bookings subject to availability, provided there is at least 6 hours before setup time. Bookings within 24 hours incur a ₹300 short-notice fee. For larger events, booking a week or more ahead is ideal.

Payments are processed securely online through Razorpay, which supports UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards, and net banking. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking and block your date. The remaining 50% can be settled on the day of the event after setup is complete.

Our listed prices are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST (18%) is added at checkout and shown clearly in your order summary before you pay — so there are no surprises. Beyond GST and a ₹300 short-notice fee for events within 24 hours, there are no other hidden charges.

If your requirements match one of our standard themes, we strongly recommend choosing that — standard packages are faster to set up, simpler to plan, and more affordable. Customisation adds to the cost and requires more lead time.

Standard decorations are our ready-made themes — book online in one step, fixed pricing, perfect for home setups and quick celebrations. Custom decorations are fully personalized to your vision, ideal for large venues or unique themes. Custom orders involve a consultation and quote with our design team, cost more due to the personalized work, and should be booked at least a week in advance.

Primarily we specialise in indoor home and small venue setups. We can do balconies and covered outdoor areas, weather permitting. Please mention if your event is outdoors and we'll advise on suitability. For large venue events, please contact us directly to discuss requirements.

We understand that plans change. Cancellations made more than 6 hours before your scheduled decoration time are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, as our team and materials are already committed to your booking. Rescheduling is usually possible subject to availability — please reach out as early as possible.

Setup typically takes 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the theme and space size. Standard theme setups are usually done in under 90 minutes. Ring Arch setups with full room decor may take up to 3 hours. We'll coordinate the exact timing with you during booking.

Yes. Teardown is included in all packages and typically happens on the same day, a few hours after your event ends. We'll agree on the teardown time during booking. Our team will clean up all decoration materials and leave your space as we found it.

Yes, subject to team availability — provided we have at least 6 hours before setup time. We cannot accept bookings with less than 6 hours' notice as there isn't enough time to arrange materials and coordinate the team.

If your event is within 24 hours, a ₹300 short-notice fee is automatically added at checkout. This covers the extra effort, cost, and internal coordination required to fulfil an urgent order on priority. Message us on WhatsApp first for same-day bookings to confirm availability.
