We regularly decorate homes, flats, and villas in Greater Noida and Greater Noida West (Noida Extension) — including Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta sectors, Omicron, Knowledge Park, Pari Chowk, Gaur City 1 & 2, and residential societies along the Yamuna Expressway. Packages and pricing are the same as Noida.

Yes, we serve Gurugram (DLF phases, Sohna Road, Golf Course Road), Ghaziabad (Indirapuram, Vaishali, Crossing Republik, Raj Nagar Extension), and Faridabad. Please book at least 4–5 days ahead for these locations and mention your area when booking so we can confirm slot availability.

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekends and holidays. Future same-day and last-minute setup slots can be booked online subject to team and material availability. Setups starting within 4 hours incur a ₹200 last moment setup fee. For larger events, booking a week or more ahead is ideal.

Payments are processed securely online through Razorpay, which supports UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards, and net banking. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking and block your date. The remaining 50% can be settled on the day of the event after setup is complete.

Yes — the price shown on each theme is all-inclusive of GST, with no additional charges added at checkout. The only exception is a ₹200 last moment setup fee that applies if your setup starts within 4 hours.

Yes — enter a valid coupon code in the booking form to get an instant discount. FLAT10 gives 10% off any decoration, and CHEERYCO15 gives 15% off decorations over ₹2,499 — so on anything ₹2,500 and up, CHEERYCO15 is the better code. We add new codes from time to time, so keep an eye on our packages page and social media.

Ready-to-book services offer the best value and fastest confirmation when the listed scope fits. For a larger venue, several services or a genuinely bespoke requirement, submit a custom event brief and our team will review feasibility, availability and pricing.

Ready-to-book services have fixed transparent pricing and clearly defined inclusions, so most customers can reserve online in minutes. Custom or assisted events are intended for larger, multi-service or venue-specific requirements and receive a feasibility review and tailored quotation before payment.

Primarily we specialise in indoor home and small venue setups. We can do balconies and covered outdoor areas, weather permitting. Please mention if your event is outdoors and we'll advise on suitability. For large venue events, please contact us directly to discuss requirements.

We understand that plans change. Cancellations made more than 4 hours before your scheduled decoration time are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, as our team and materials are already committed to your booking. Rescheduling is usually possible subject to availability — please reach out as early as possible.

Setup typically takes 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the theme and space size. Standard theme setups are usually done in under 90 minutes. Ring Arch setups with full room decor may take up to 3 hours. We'll coordinate the exact timing with you during booking.

Where teardown is part of your theme, it typically happens on the same day, a few hours after your event ends, and we'll agree the time during booking. Our team clears all decoration materials and leaves your space as we found it. Check your theme's \"What's Included\" list to confirm.

It takes under 2 minutes. Browse themes on our packages page, click "View Details & Book" on any theme, then fill in your name, WhatsApp number, event date, setup time, and address. Pay 50% advance online — your booking is confirmed instantly after payment. You'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation with all the details. The remaining 50% is due after setup is complete.

Yes. Future same-day setup slots can be booked online, subject to team and material availability.

If your setup starts within 4 hours, a ₹200 last moment setup fee is automatically added at checkout. This covers the extra effort, cost, and internal coordination required to fulfil an urgent order on priority.
